Adding a new member to your team

To add another phone number to your account, go to your settings. In settings, scroll down to the "Team" section and click "Add User."

Once you've added your user, you can set which information you want them to have access to:

Any users added to your platform will be able to log in to your portal. The account admin will still be the only recipient of pick up and order confirmation notifications.

Changing the Account Admin

You can change the primary account admin phone number at any time. Reach out to us at support@hotplate.com.
