Managing account permissions

Adding a new member to your team

Settings --> Team --> Add User --> select permissions --> Save Changes

To add another phone number to your account, go to Settings, click or scroll down to the Team section and click Add User.

Select which permissions you want this teammate to have and Save Changes.

Any teammates you add will be able to log in to your portal. The account admin will still be the only recipient of pick up and order confirmation notifications.

Changing the Account Admin

You can change the admin phone number on your account at any time. Reach out to us at support@hotplate.com.
