If you need to see how much you/your customers paid in processing or Hotplate fees (for reporting or taxes), you can export your Transaction History.
How to download your Transaction History
Go to the Payout tab.
Filter for the date range you need.
Click the Download button in the top right to download a CSV of your transaction history.
Open the spreadsheet and scroll to the far right. Fees are broken out into 4 columns. If you've left the default fee split, Customer Payment Processing Fee and Chef Hotplate Fee columns will be $0.
To see totals, highlight the column you want. Most spreadsheet programs (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) automatically calculate the sum of highlighted cells.
