What additional options can I set up for my drop?

There are a few Additional options you can set before publishing your drop.

You can access these on the Summary tab of your drop, under Options.

Drop visibility determines whether your drop is visible on your storefront

  • Public means your drop is visible on your storefront and the drop text sends to your subscribers, unless you disable it

  • Private hides your drop from your storefront and disables the drop text. A private drop is only accessible through the drop link.

Checkout time is the number of minutes your customer has to checkout before their cart expires. You can set this between 3 minutes and 60 minutes. Carts expire so that the items in cart can be returned to your drop's inventory and made available for other customers to buy. Customers see the timer floating at the bottom of their screen as they're shopping and once they hit their cart and proceed to checkout.

Orders open time determines whether customers can see the exact time orders will open.

  • Visible lets customers see the time that orders open.

  • Hidden prevents customers from seeing the time that orders open.

Menu determines wether customers can see your menu before orders open

  • Visible allows customers to browse the menu before orders open.

  • Hidden keeps the menu hidden until orders open.

Inventory on storefront determines whether customers can see remaining inventory of items on your menu

  • Visible lets customers see the remaining inventory of your items

  • Hidden prevents customers from seeing remaining inventory until item is sold out

Add gift card to menu lets you list a gift card as a menu item. It will be listed at the bottom of your menu so that customers can purchase it alongside other items.
