How to add team members to your Hotplate account

Give employees or team members log in access to your Hotplate portal. Select which permissions they get.

How to give a team member login access

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Account

  3. Under Team, click + Invite member

  4. Enter their name and phone number

  5. Select the permissions you want to grant them

    • Customers

    • Drops

    • Inbox

    • Insights

    • Order exporting

    • Orders

    • Reviews

    • Transactions

    • Settings

  6. Click Send invite

How do I change the admin phone number or email address on my account?

By default, the account admin (owner) is the phone number that first created the Hotplate account. If you need to change the admin phone number, please contact our team at [email protected].

I want someone else on my team to get the “You just got an order” text notifications. How can I do that?

This isn’t a permission you can grant, but we can! Let us know the phone number of the teammate who should start receiving these notifications.

Please reach out to us from your admin phone number or email address.

Can a team member receive inbox notifications?

No. Currently, this is only an admin permission.
