Use this guide to find payout controls in the new portal and understand what each option does.

Where payouts are located

  1. Open your portal.

  2. Go to the Payout tab: portal.hotplate.com/transactions

  3. Click Payout.

  4. Note: you can also Payout from Settings

Managing Payouts

  • At the top of your Payout tab, click Manage

  • Balance

    • Manual payout: transfer available funds now

    • Instant payout: if supported by your bank, transfer in minutes for a fee

    • Set up automated payouts: set daily, weekly, or monthly automatic payouts

  • Accounts

    • Manage bank accounts: add or remove accounts, set one as default

  • History

    • Export transactions: download your transaction history (this used to be the big chart on your Payout tab)

    • Export payouts: export the history of your past payouts

Quick checks if you do not see Payout

  • Complete Stripe setup first

  • Make sure you are logged in as the account owner/admin
