How to find commonly used reports and exports

Commonly used reports

  • Transaction history

    • Export from the Payout tab

    • Export from Settings (gear button > History > Export)

  • Orders and order-level details

    1. Orders tab

    2. Filter for dates/drops

    3. Export via 3 dots in top right

  • Item-level sales/export:

    • For a quick chart that's easy to read, go to Insights and reference the Items Sold charts

    • For a straight list of items and quantity over a time period, use your Prep list.

    • For sales data, export from your Orders tab.

If you cannot find a report

  1. Confirm you are in the correct account/team role.

  2. Check filters (date, drop, location, item).

  3. Use the linked report-specific articles below.
