How to download reports in the new portal

How to find commonly used reports and exports in the new portal.

If you are looking for reports you used in the old portal, this list will help you.

Commonly used reports

  • Transaction history: export from the Payout tab or through Settings (gear button > History > Export)

  • Orders and order-level details: Orders tab > filter for dates/drops and Export via 3 dots in top right

  • Item-level sales/export:

    • For a quick chart that's easy to read, go to Insights and reference the Items Sold charts

    • For a straight list of items and quantity over a time period, use your Prep list.

    • For sales data, export from your Orders tab.

If you cannot find a report

  1. Confirm you are in the correct account/team role.

  2. Check filters (date, drop, location, item).
