Transaction history: export from the <a href="https://portal.hotplate.com/transactions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Payout</a> tab or through Settings (gear button &gt; History &gt; Export)

Orders and order-level details: <a href="https://portal.hotplate.com/orders" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Orders</a> tab &gt; filter for dates/drops and Export via 3 dots in top right

- For a quick chart that's easy to read, go to <a href="https://portal.hotplate.com/insights" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Insights</a> and reference the Items Sold charts
- For a straight list of items and quantity over a time period, use your <a href="https://portal.hotplate.com/prep" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Prep</a> list.
- For sales data, export from your <a href="https://portal.hotplate.com/orders" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Orders</a> tab.
