Hotplate does not currently have a full block/blacklist customer feature.
If you need to stop someone from receiving your drop texts, you can unsubscribe them.
Unsubscribe a customer
Go to Customers
Search for the customer
Click the 3 dots
Click Manage subscriptions
Click Unsubscribe
Important to know
Unsubscribing does stop Hotplate SMS notifications to that customer.
Unsubscribing does not remove them from your customer list or block them from placing an order.
