Hotplate offers two types of delivery. Third-party delivery is in a closed beta and currently at capacity. Self-delivery is available to chefs with an established subscriber base who prefer to deliver themselves.
Third-party delivery (in beta)

Local couriers pick up each order directly from you and deliver it to your customer's door. Learn more
How much does it cost you? Nothing. Your customer pays the delivery fee, which is calculated by the driver network based on distance and availability. You keep 100% of your product revenue.
Access
Third-party delivery is in a closed beta and currently at capacity. We’re not onboarding new chefs at this time. Chefs who already have access will see a Delivery section in their Settings.
Self-delivery
Self-delivery is for chefs who want to handle their own deliveries. You define the delivery zip codes and fees, and you do the driving.
Eligibility
Self-delivery requires a minimum of 50 subscribers and 5 completed orders. If you meet those requirements and want to set it up, email [email protected]. If you're eligible, we'll request the information we need to configure your settings.
Setup takes 2–3 business days.
