How to send direct messages and manual reminder blasts in the new portal.

Use this guide when you need to message customers outside automated reminders.

Message one customer

  1. Go to Inbox or open the customer from an order.

  2. Click Message.

  3. Write and send your message.

Send a text blast to many customers

  1. Go to Inbox

  2. Choose your audience.

  3. Write your message, include a link (optional), and send.

Message customers with open orders

  1. Go to Orders

  2. Filter as needed

  3. Click the 3 dots in the top right

  4. Click Text blast

Best practices

  • Include pickup date/time and location.

  • Keep messages short and action-oriented.

  • Use one-off blasts for exceptions, not as a replacement for automated reminders.
